Start building a career with people motivated to help you succeed—and enjoy <strong>more of what counts</strong>.<br><br>We are seeking an experienced <strong>AI Product Manager</strong> to join our AI and Digital Transformation team focused on developing and implementing AI solutions to enhance our audit, tax and advisory services while improving operational efficiency across the entire organization.<br><br>For Schneider Downs to be successful in achieving its Vision 2030 goals, the <strong>AI Product Manager</strong> will play a significant role in supporting the implementation of the right AI and digital solutions and lead significant change within the organization, in partnership with the firm’s Digital Transformation team, the ICS (IT) team and the AI Workgroup. In this role, you will be a key driver of the firm’s AI strategy – leading efforts to evaluate, implement, and continuously improve AI solutions and drive AI enablement across the organization.<br><br>You will work at the intersection of technology, business operations, and stakeholder engagement; serving as the product manager responsible for high-impact AI solutions. The <strong>AI Product Manager</strong> will be focused on client and employee facing strategies and solutions, with the goal of improving efficiency and creating a best-in-class experience for our clients and employees leveraging technology. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, stays current with the evolving AI landscape, and can translate complex technology concepts into practical business outcomes.<br><br><strong> Schneider Downs has embraced the hybrid work model, so this role will have flexibility working from home, as well as in the office. <br><br></strong><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><strong>AI Product Management:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Own internal AI product backlog and roadmap; collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate into technical solutions</li><li>Support vendor evaluations, business case creation, and pilot programs for new AI initiatives</li><li>Lead as the product manager on AI implementation efforts for both vended and internally built solutions alongside development partners</li><li>Work closely with development team to ensure backlog priorities and alignment with business and technical requirements</li><li>Define success criteria and key performance indicators for AI product implementations and monitor outcomes post-launch</li><li>Ensure AI solutions meet regulatory compliance requirements and professional standards, and execute on governance strategy relevant to AI products<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>AI Enablement:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Support AI and Digital Transformation leadership to execute the organization’s AI enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives</li><li>Track and report on AI adoption efforts firm-wide, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for growth</li><li>Design and support training programs, workshops, and communications to increase AI proficiency and drive adoption at all levels of the organization<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Innovation and Strategy:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential applications in accounting, financial services, and additional client industries, as needed</li><li>Perform consistent market research and provide updates to leadership on findings</li><li>Support digital transformation strategy and other human-centered design efforts as needed within the organization<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Need<br><br></strong><strong>Required:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field</li><li>Minimum of three years of experience as a product manager or related field with exposure to AI or emerging technologies, as well as minimum of two years of experience developing product or innovation strategy</li><li>Product management experience and ability to lead in cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience with vendor evaluations, business case creation, and emerging technologies research<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Human-centered design experience<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Other:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Thrives in ambiguity and leans into understanding the problem space</li><li>Detail-oriented approach with focus on rapid value delivery in an Agile environment<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>WHERE CULTURE COUNTS<br><br></strong>At Schneider Downs, our culture is our identity.
