<strong><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong></strong>Role: Business Development Manager - Retail Media and Marketing<br><br>Location: Any US Location<br><br><strong>Job Description:<br><br></strong>Own business development for Retail Media / Retail Marketing opportunities in the US. Drive pipeline creation and progression by identifying target accounts, engaging senior client stakeholders, shaping value propositions, coordinating solutioning with consulting/delivery teams, and supporting commercial closure (RFP responses, proposals, pricing inputs, and contracting support) for RMN-led transformation engagements.<br><br>Key responsibilities: Build and manage a qualified RMN/MarTech pipeline; conduct discovery with retail and brand stakeholders; create account plans and pursuit strategies; collaborate with pre-sales and SMEs to define solution approach and estimates; prepare executive-ready proposals and presentations; manage internal governance (approvals, tracking, and forecasting) through to signature.<br><br>Scope/impact: Client-facing business development role for US pursuits; accountable for opportunity shaping and commercial progression in partnership with consulting/delivery teams.<br><br><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>10–12+ years experience in business development / sales / consulting within retail, ecommerce, digital advertising, adtech/martech, or retail media.</li><li>Proven track record of creating pipeline, leading pursuits, and closing services/consulting deals (RFP/RFI, proposals, commercials).</li><li>Strong understanding of RMN ecosystem and how retail media programs operate (onsite ads, offsite, audience, measurement, ad ops).</li><li>Executive presence with ability to engage CXO / VP stakeholders and present clear value propositions.</li><li>Ability to coordinate across internal stakeholders (delivery, solutioning, legal, finance) and manage governance/forecasting.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.<br><br></li></ul>Salary Range: $111,400 - $173,100 a year<br><br><strong>Qualifications: </strong>BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE<br><br>
