🧭 The Mission
As an ERJ First Officer, you’ll execute safe, efficient, and customer-centric operations across a dynamic network. You’ll collaborate closely with your Captain, Flight Attendants, Ground Operations, Maintenance, and Dispatch/Mission Control to deliver an on-time, high-quality experience—every leg, every day.
🧰 What You’ll Do
Perform precise preflight planning, inspections, and performance calculations.
Operate the ERJ-135/145 safely and smoothly in all phases of flight, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Apply sound judgment and CRM to manage changing weather, ATC constraints, and operational priorities.
Deliver warm, professional service—greeting customers, communicating clearly, and resolving issues proactively.
Coordinate seamlessly with Captain, Cabin Crew, Ground Crew, Maintenance, and Mission Control.
Complete accurate postflight duties, logs, and safety reports; uphold a just culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Prepare for command through targeted training, mentorship, and demonstrated leadership in daily operations.

🧾 Minimum Requirements
Total Time: 2,500 hours
Multi-Engine: 500 hours
Turbine: 500 hours
Currency: Minimum 100 hours in the last 12 months
Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME
Medical: Class 1
Type Rating: Not required (NTR) — Training Provided
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Documents: Current and valid Driver’s License and Passport
Permit: Current and valid FCC Radio Operator’s Permit
