A growing and highly respected Chicago hospitality group is seeking experienced General Managers for two exciting opportunities:
- An established, high-volume, chef-driven restaurant featuring New American cuisine, craft cocktails, private dining, and exceptional guest experiences.
- A brand-new restaurant opening this fall featuring scratch-made cuisine inspired by Mediterranean flavors with a fresh, globally influenced menu.

What You'll Do
- Lead all front-of-house operations while partnering with culinary leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Inspire, coach, mentor, and develop management and hourly team members
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top hospitality talent
- Drive service excellence through active floor leadership and guest engagement
- Manage labor, payroll, scheduling, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses
- Ensure profitability while maintaining outstanding quality and service standards
- Oversee private dining and special events while supporting sales opportunities
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience with General Manager experience preferred
- Experience leading high-volume, upscale casual or fine dining restaurants
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, budgets, and profitability
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Outstanding guest service and relationship-building abilities
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Experience with restaurant openings is highly desirable for one of the opportunities
- Experience with Mediterranean cuisine, plant-forward concepts, or chef-driven restaurants is a plus
- Experience with Toast POS, OpenTable, Tripleseat, Paylocity, and Microsoft Office is preferred
