MNC JOBS INFO is placing part-time Gym and Fitness Center Cleaners with national and independent fitness facilities. Gym cleaning is an active, fast-moving role — fitness equipment must be sanitized frequently, locker rooms cleaned throughout the day, and the gym floor kept safe and presentable during peak hours. What You Will Do

• Wipe down and disinfect all fitness equipment — treadmills, ellipticals, weight benches, cable machines, and free weight racks — on a rotating schedule throughout the shift
• Sweep and mop the gym floor, studio floors, and stretching areas, paying attention to chalk dust, rubber debris, and spilled liquid
• Clean and sanitize men's and women's locker rooms including showers, toilets, sinks, and benches every 1 – 2 hours during peak periods
• Restock disinfectant wipe dispensers, spray bottles, and paper towel stations throughout the gym floor
• Empty trash bins in the gym, locker rooms, and lobby and replace liners
• Clean the front desk counter, lobby seating, mirrors, and glass entrance doors throughout the shift
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness at the end of each shift and flag any maintenance issues to the gym manager
• Complete the cleaning log and initial each task as it is completed per the facility's cleanliness compliance program

What You Need

• Comfort working in an active gym environment alongside members during open hours
• Physical stamina for continuous movement throughout the shift — gym cleaning is rarely stationary
• Reliability — gym cleaning shifts are tied to facility hours and must be covered consistently
• Friendly, professional demeanor when working around gym members
• Availability for early morning, midday, or evening shifts depending on the facility's peak-hour coverage needs
• Must be 18 or older

Nice to Have

• Previous gym, locker room, or sports facility cleaning experience
• Knowledge of fitness equipment types and proper disinfection for rubber, vinyl, and metal surfaces
• Food handler or OSHA chemical safety awareness
