The Lead, Risk & Compliance position is a pivotal role within ARC’s Corporate Security team, responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing critical programs that uphold ARC’s reputation as a trusted and secure brand. This includes managing enterprise risk management frameworks, business resiliency initiatives, IT asset management, audit-readiness, technology compliance, and key industry certifications such as PCI and ISO. This role requires collaboration across multiple departments to translate business needs into comprehensive, actionable strategies using established tools and templates.
In this leadership capacity, you will drive ARC’s enterprise risk management function by developing strategies, establishing risk management metrics, and ensuring transparent reporting for the company’s risk-related programs. You will provide oversight for security and privacy compliance programs, maintaining essential certifications and ensuring audit readiness aligned with industry standards. As the subject matter expert, you will champion risk mitigation efforts across IT processes to protect ARC’s business operations and reputation.
Additionally, the role includes leading business resiliency strategies to ensure organizational preparedness through business continuity planning, emergency action plans, and regular testing. Strategic oversight of vendor, service provider, and IT asset risk management will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring lifecycle controls and contractual security requirements are effectively implemented.
You will play a key role in cultivating a risk-aware culture by educating and influencing leaders, promoting cross-functional accountability, and establishing communication channels that keep stakeholders informed of evolving risk profiles. Working closely with the Security Assurance Team, you will validate and test the effectiveness of automated vulnerability controls.

- bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems or related discipline preferred
