Manager, Corporate Finance (Hybrid)A well-established, national services company headquartered in the Dallas area is seeking a Manager of Corporate Finance to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, long-range modeling, and strategic analysis for both the company and its parent organization.What You'll Do<ul><li>Lead and execute long-range financial planning processes, including 5-10 year horizon forecasting models</li><li>Build and maintain financial models supporting business cases, operational initiatives, and corporate promotions</li><li>Perform valuation analysis including DCF modeling and M&A-related financial work</li><li>Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in partnership with the broader FP&A team</li><li>Prepare and deliver ad hoc financial analysis and strategic deliverables for senior leadership and the parent company</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with a 5-6 person FP&A team, business unit leaders, and corporate stakeholders</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting with significant financial modeling exposure</li><li>Advanced Excel skills -- hands-on experience building and maintaining complex models and worksheets</li><li>Demonstrated DCF and valuation experience (must be practiced, not theoretical)</li><li>M&A or transaction analysis experience strongly preferred</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to translate high-level strategy into financial frameworks</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship</li></ul>What You'll Get<ul><li>Base up to $130,000, commensurate with experience</li><li>10% annual bonus target</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and more</li><li>Hybrid schedule -- 3 days in office, 2 days remote</li><li>High-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and parent company initiatives</li></ul>
