The Strategic Broker Partnerships Manager position is a critical growth role for one of the highest-potential channels in our business. We're seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional who can build and scale a portfolio of strategic insurance broker partnerships that generate consistent, high-quality revenue opportunities.

As a member of the Broker team, you'll be the trusted point of contact for a curated book of strategic insurance brokers, working directly with executive leadership to shape how Deel captures this critical market. You'll own the end-to-end broker lifecycle with large global and national brokers through partner activation, ongoing account management, and revenue growth. Your success will directly influence Deel's trajectory in the broker channel and define best practices for this fast-growing segment.

You'll build lasting relationships through strategic in-person engagements—partner dinners, industry events, joint business planning sessions, and ongoing field visits—creating the foundation for long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

A strong executive presence is required as you will represent Deel at the highest levels of broker organizations, speak credibly about global HR, payroll, and compliance strategy, and influence key decisions across multiple stakeholder organizations. Your judgment, professionalism, and communication style will reflect Deel's brand and directly impact our positioning in the market.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small portfolio of strategic national insurance broker partners driving high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities through consultative relationships.
  • Activate new national broker partners quickly (30–60 days to referral), establish them as Deel advocates, and systematically expand referral volume—creating compounding revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate executive presence across all broker engagements meeting with partners virtually and traveling one to two times per month for in person meetings, enablement strengthening relationships and building trust through top down direct engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, legal, CS, and partner success teams to influence product development and improve the broker partner experience.
  • Achieve quota targets through broker-sourced opportunities tracking and aligning to revenue and growth targets for this fast growing segment.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of partnership sales experience in B2B SaaS, technology, HCM, or working directly with insurance brokers, benefits advisors, or similar partner channels preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue from a defined partner book of business and meet or exceed quota targets.
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance, consistently ranking in the top tier (top 25%) of your peer group or sales organization
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and influencing buying decisions at the broker and corporate level.
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where priorities shift rapidly and self-direction is essential.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the insurance broker ecosystem, benefits consulting, or HR consulting space
  • Familiarity with global HR, payroll, compliance, or mobility solutions, or hands-on experience with HRIS, HCM, or related software platforms
  • Experience building and scaling partnership programs or channels from the ground up
  • Track record of successfully activating new partners and driving rapid revenue contribution
  • Experience working in or with international / global markets, or exposure across multiple countries

  • Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
