Identify any potential issues or discrepancies in permit applications and take appropriate actions to resolve them. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective processing of permit applications. Provide excellent customer service to applicants and respond to inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of permit issuance. Monitor and track the status of pending permits and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Contribute to the overall mission of promoting economic growth and job creation through the facilitation of international trade. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to international trade and permit processing.
