Positions advertised are in various organizations at Ames Research Center. NASA may fill positions at any grade level listed in this announcement (GS-0301 at the GS-9/11/12/13/14 levels). Duties described below are at the highest grade advertised. Duties assigned at lower grade levels will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee. Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of administrative, property management, drafting/technical documentation, facility activities, or safety support programs. Develop long-range strategies, operational policies, or governance models supporting administrative, technical, or safety functions. Provide advice to management on workforce support, facility operations, documentation systems, engineering drawing control, property/equipment management, and/or safety compliance. Oversee reviews, audits, inspections, readiness activities, or technical documentation assessments (including drawing validations, configuration checks, and data reviews). Produce comprehensive written analyses, technical packages, or recommendations for management. Direct Hire Authority: These positions will be filled through the Office of Personnel Management's Direct Hire Authority.
