[Remote] Senior Consulting Analyst, Workiva

The Senior Consulting Analyst will support clients in financial reporting and risk advisory by translating their requirements into effective Workiva solutions and managing project tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support clients across financial reporting, sustainability reporting, and/or audit, risk and controls by understanding their requirements and translating them into effective Workiva solutions
- Assist in the design and configuration of Workiva solutions to streamline reporting processes, including data connectivity (Wdata, queries, automations)
- Participate in system development lifecycle activities, including requirements documentation, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
- Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, proactively communicating progress and challenges
- Manage individual workstreams or tasks within larger projects, balancing technical implementation with effective team coordination
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in either: A reporting or controls focused role (financial, regulatory, sustainability or audit/risk and controls), or a professional services role delivering Workiva solutions to clients
- Familiarity with at least one domain such as SEC/SEDAR, statutory reporting, sustainability frameworks, SOX/ICFR, or audit/risk management
- Demonstrated experience in system implementations or process improvements, with the ability to bridge reporting requirements and technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance, compliance, and technology teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Workiva or similar cloud reporting platforms
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designations (or progress toward one), including Workiva certifications
- Project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications
- Exposure to data modeling, automation, or integration tools
