SAP BODS (Remote) (W2 Contract)

<p><strong>Role:</strong> SAP Data Services (BODS) Consultant</p><p><strong>Type:</strong> Integration-focused support & enhancement role (NOT migration)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Technical Skills</strong></p><p><strong>• </strong>Strong hands‑on experience in <strong>SAP Data Services (BODS)</strong>.</p><p><strong>• </strong>Strong <strong>SQL</strong>, analytical, and communication skills.</p><p><strong>• </strong>Experience designing & developing <strong>complex SAP DS jobs</strong>, including multiple functions and transformations.</p><p><strong>• </strong>Ability to optimize BODS jobs using best practices.</p><p><strong>• </strong>Exposure to integrations involving:</p><p><strong> • </strong>SAP ECC</p><p><strong> • </strong>SAP BW</p><p><strong> • </strong>Databases such as <strong>MS SQL</strong>, <strong>Oracle</strong>, <strong>Postgres</strong>, etc.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>• </strong>Develop, review, and optimize SAP DS workflows and dataflows.</p><p><strong>• </strong>Lead and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and ensure quality deliverables.</p><p><strong>• </strong>Work independently with strong ownership and accountability.</p><p><strong>• </strong>Prioritize tasks effectively across multiple interfaces or projects.</p><p><strong>• </strong>Ensure coding standards, review offshore work, and maintain best practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>• </strong>Quick learner, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated.</p><p><strong>• </strong>Ability to handle support & enhancement activities in integration areas (no migration requirement).</p>
