Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a positive customer experience. Keep up-to-date on FedEx shipping services and procedures to effectively assist customers and answer questions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the service center. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to provide updates and resolve issues. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping, to support the overall operations of the service center.
